Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If you experience any issues with your files or downloads, please reach out—we’ll always do our best to make things right. LICENSING AGREEMENT

By purchasing any mockup from Third House Theory, you agree to the following terms:

You Can:

• Use mockups to showcase your own print-on-demand products on Etsy, Shopify, or other platforms.

• Add your own designs/logos/text for commercial or personal use.

• Use the mockups for your brand’s marketing, product listings, and promotional content.

You Cannot:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the original mockup files—edited or unedited.

• Claim the mockups as your own original photography or design.

• Use the mockups to create competing products (i.e. new mockups or templates for sale).

Each purchase grants one license per user/brand. For studio or multi-brand use, please contact us for extended licensing.
