1. Digital Products & Licensing

All products sold through Third House Theory are digital downloads only. No physical items will be shipped.

You are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the file(s) for:

  • Personal use

  • Commercial use in one end-user-facing shop (e.g., Etsy, Shopify, etc.)

You may not:

  • Resell, share, or redistribute the original file(s) in any form

  • Claim the photography or mockups as your own

  • Use our images in AI training datasets or for AI-generation

  • Remove watermarks and display previews publicly without purchase

2. Orders & Delivery

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive immediate access to download your purchased file(s).

If you experience issues with your download, please email us at hello@thirdhousetheory.com and we’ll help you resolve it quickly.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable.

However, your satisfaction is important to us — if you experience any issues with your files or need help using them, please contact us and we’ll do everything we can to assist.

4. Intellectual Property

All images, content, product designs, and materials on this website are the property of Third House Theory and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Use of our content without permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Accountability & Accuracy

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, images, and download links. However, we do not guarantee:

  • That the website will always be error-free or uninterrupted

  • That our files will be compatible with every device or software (though they work with Canva, Photoshop, and most standard editors)

6. Limitation of Liability

Third House Theory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or products.

Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
